Project Assessment
Selecting the right projects to invest in (or fund) is critical for companies and investors.
At NeonTouch, our due diligence process combines aspects of PEP, Risk Analysis, Project Controls, and if necessary 4D Construction Models, to help our clients select the right projects to fund. Our clients can count on us as a consistent source of unbiased information and professional guidance.
Before investments (e.g. loans) are approved and disbursed, NeonTouch will perform the following assessment and provide a recommendation to our clients:
- Review project commercial basis and documentation
- Review Development Plan
- Review Execution plan
- Review Cost and Schedule estimate and basis for consistency with execution plan.
- Perform Risk Assessment on Cost and Schedule, to quantify the risk of cost and schedule overrun.
- Review the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project milestones.
- Review composition of the execution team to ensure competency to execute project.
- Recommend mitigation plan, if required,
- Establish baseline for project monitoring
Project Monitoring
The essence of project monitoring is to protect the client’s interests from the risks associated with their interest in a development that is not under their direct control.
At NeonTouch our wealth of experience in managing complex construction projects enable us bring in the foresight to identify potential delay-causing issues which may affect project delivery.
Our team of consultants visit the project site regularly and work with the client to closely monitor and report on the project performance in line with the project objectives.
During the execution of the project, NeonTouch will routinely monitor the project by doing the following:
- Review project documentations against the plan.
- Perform Risk Assessment on Cost and Schedule to complete the work.
- Recommend mitigation plan
- Provide timely and accurate report to Management for informed-decision making.
Owner’s Representation
As an owner’s representative, NeonTouch offers project management expertise and technical leadership to ensure successful project outcomes. Being an extension of the owner’s staff, we represent the Owner’s interest 100% and are committed to the project’s success. We provide on-site representation to ensure that construction proceeds in accordance with contract documents, on time, within budget and to the right quality. We track issues, facilitate solutions, and deliver accurate and timely information throughout the lifecycle of your project to enable you make informed decisions at all times. Our representation services provide peace of mind to project owners by allowing you to focus on your core business knowing fully well that your project is in safe hands. Our Owner’s Representative services include:- Constructability Analysis
- Setting up the Owner’s Project/Construction Management Team
- Project Reporting – daily, weekly and monthly
- Issue Management
- Single point of contact between contractors and owner
- Review of contractor procedures and method statements
